Corona-Update

It is with a heavy heart that we have to announce the temporary closure of our house today. We will process your request as soon as possible. In the meantime, we have compiled and linked some important information for you below.

According to an official order, tourist trips within Germany are prohibited from November 2nd, 2020 until probably March 28th, 2021. You can always reach our reservation by email. Please note that due to the COVID-19 situation, our team has a very large number of emails and telephone inquiries and it may take longer for us to answer your email. Rest assured, we are working flat out to process your request as quickly as possible.

Your booked stay during lockdown:
We process the existing bookings according to priority. This depends on the day of arrival starting today. Overall, several bookings and guests are affected, with whom we would like to find a new date together. WE WILL CONTACT EVERY GUEST!!!

We offer you the opportunity to rebook your booked November trip. For a new date in the travel period from January to the end of March 2021, the conditions of your November trip remain completely unchanged – so you book for the same price!

Our request to you:
Support us and our employees who are currently affected by the situation. Do not cancel your booking, but find a new travel date together with us. You are also welcome to send us your new travel request directly by email and we will get in touch with you.

You can find our available rooms online at any time and make a booking directly. In any case, you benefit from the security of the hotel, because you benefit from our extensive hygiene concept, which promises you a safe holiday.
